What we collect
Only what you send us. If you submit the brief form we receive your name, organisation, email, phone number, the service you selected, your timing and budget notes, and the brief itself. If you email or message us on WhatsApp we hold that conversation.
Why we hold it
To reply to you and to deliver work you have commissioned. Nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a brief.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are removed within twelve months. Project records are held for as long as we need them for contractual and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it. Email hello@conceptsbyal.com.
