Conformance target
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA.
What we have built in
A skip to content link on every page. Semantic headings in order. Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element. Text and interface colour contrast tested against the AA thresholds. Alternative text on meaningful images, with decorative images hidden from assistive technology. Motion, including the focus ring animation, the hero rotation and all scroll reveals, is disabled automatically when a visitor has reduced motion enabled at operating system level. Form fields carry visible, associated labels. Video is embedded from source platforms where captions are available.
Known limitations
Embedded content from YouTube and LinkedIn is rendered by those platforms, and we do not control their internal accessibility. Captioning on third party video depends on the original upload. We are working through the full library. Some photography carries descriptive rather than exhaustive alternative text.
